Immortalized Primary Cells

Immortalized Primary Cells are engineered to combine the biological relevance of primary cells with the long-term growth advantage of cell lines. These cells are ideal for high-throughput screening, gene expression analysis, CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing, and toxicology assays. Unlike standard tumor-derived lines, immortalized primary cells maintain donor-specific physiological characteristics while providing enhanced reproducibility and scalability. Our portfolio includes epithelial cells, fibroblasts, endothelial cells, hepatocytes, and neuronal subtypes, all optimized for performance in serum-free media and transfection workflows. Applications span across cancer biology, cell signaling, regenerative medicine, and 3D cell culture models. Each batch is validated for viability, proliferation rate, and key marker expression using flow cytometry, qPCR, and immunocytochemistry. Compatible with fluorescence microscopy, ELISA, and Western blot protocols, these cells support reproducible results in omics research, including transcriptomics and proteomics. GMP-compliant options are also available for advanced therapeutic development.
